The flies in my room were just, how do I say, charming? I had to remove 4 myself, which was a lovely bonding experience with nature. that bunk bed creaked like a haunted house—so cozy! I honestly thought I might get an upgrade for enduring these quaint issues, but alas, disappointment reigns supreme. I just couldn't leave a good review.

Welcoming and attentive staff made our stay more enjoyable.

The flies in the room were absolutely unacceptable! I spotted several of these uninvited guests upon entering, and it clearly indicates poor maintenance. Despite reporting it, management offered no effective solution and seemed indifferent to the problem. This ruined my experience and left me frustrated throughout my short stay.

Had a fantastic time with the spacious double room that had a lovely balcony, perfect for some morning sun. The jacuzzi and sauna were great for winding down after skiing all day. Just a heads up, the dinner service was a bit slow on one night, but the meals were totally worth the wait! 😊

We had a triple room with a balcony, which was really spacious and warm. The setup had plenty of room for our gear, and the beds were comfortable. the pillows felt a bit too hard for my taste, which made it tough to get fully comfy at night. Big clean bathroom too, which was a plus after a long day on the slopes.
